These terms govern your use of the Bright Page Web Design website and set out the general basis on which I provide design and development services. By using this site or engaging me for a project, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse the site and get in touch. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The site is provided "as is", and while I work hard to keep it accurate and available, I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Bright Page Web Design unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work produced for a client is transferred as set out in that project's individual agreement.

Projects and quotes

Any project I take on is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that covers scope, timescales, and deliverables. Pricing shown on this site (including the flat project price) is indicative and confirmed in that agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer on its own.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and final balance, are set out in your project agreement. Work typically begins once a deposit is received, and final files or launch follow settlement of the balance, unless agreed otherwise.

Third-party services

Websites I build may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, fonts, or form handling). I'm not responsible for the availability or policies of those third parties, though I'll always recommend reputable providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Page Web Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
